Shipping

At Wild Leisure, we offer free shipping on all orders to customers within the United Kingdom. We want to make things simple and easy for you, which is why we don't include any hidden fees or fine print.

When you place your order, you will receive a confirmation email. This means that we have received your order and pre-authorized your credit card for the purchase. We will then check to make sure that your order is in stock and available for immediate shipment. If your item is on backorder or unavailable, we will void the pre-authorization and contact you to see if alternative arrangements can be made.

If your item(s) are in stock and ready to ship, we will process the charges and begin preparing your order for shipment. Your order will ship within three business days from the date of your order, and you will receive a shipping confirmation email within 24 hours of it leaving our warehouse. If you don't receive a shipping confirmation email within four business days, please contact us at support@wildleisure.co.uk.

We are happy to ship our products internationally, but please note that they are designed specifically for the United Kingdom market and require a 240V electrical system to function properly. They have generally not been certified for use in other countries, but are certified to UK standards. If you are interested in placing an international order, please contact us for a shipping quote.

If your order arrives damaged, please make a note of it when signing for delivery or refuse to accept the delivery. If you do accept the delivery, please take photos of the damage using your smartphone or camera and send them to support@wildleisure.co.uk. Then, visit our Returns page to file a return claim online
